To show our gratitude, we had something truly special planned. Instead of a traditional Christmas party, we organized an innovative “First Class Staff Celebration” in Malta and invited our staff to our headquarters. We firmly believe that personal encounters and direct exchanges are the keys to a strong community.
Before diving into the festive spirit, we held an extraordinary board meeting where we presented our top innovations for the upcoming year 2024. Inspired by the motto “Those who do not keep up with the times will be left behind,” we are taking new paths as a team and have enchanting plans for the future.
Christmas is a special time for reflection, where we come together as a team to celebrate the values of community and peace. This year, we decided to treat our employees at the Phoenicia Hotel Valletta, where we enjoyed an unforgettable evening with a Michelin 2-star experience. It was a truly magical night that strengthened our bond and set the tone for our exciting plans in 2024.
